We offer on the day telephone triage and a limited number of pre-bookable telephone calls, your Clinician will invite you in if they feel a face to face consultation is appropriate.

We will be guided by the Government and/or NHS England with our appointment system.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by contacting the surgery in person, by telephone or online. Our phone lines are open from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.

We are open every week day (including our phone lines) from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday your call will always be directed to a member of our team, who may ask for information on the reason for your call in order to put you through/book you in with the most appropriate person.

Surgery Hours

  • Doctors appointments available Monday to Friday 9.00am to 11.00am & 1.30pm to 5.30pm
  • Nurses appointments available Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.00pm & 1.00pm to 5.15pm
  • Phlebotomy Clinics every weekday morning.

Please inform the receptionist if you need to see a doctor urgently. A doctor is available each day for telephone advice, please contact reception.

Extended Hours Clinics

Thursday evenings.
