Patient Participation Group

A few years ago the government encouraged GP surgeries to start “patient participation groups”. This was designed to allow patients to start to influence how a GP surgery works and the services it provides.

Sounds interesting? Read on...

Here at Whitnash, our group has been going strong over the last few years. As GPs we have really benefitted from the input this group gives and their help and support within the community. We meet every 2-3 months for about 1½ hours. There is an agenda that is circulated beforehand. Our practice manager attends all meetings, along with one of the GP partners.

If you would like to attend a meeting please contact: Bfranklin600@aol.com.
